Comprehensive aesthetic medicine
A founder-led pathway for live-model aesthetic training, patient-centered technique, and waitlisted access to vetted Esthetic Models practitioners.
Led by Valentina Hadland, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, AAMEP
Why it exists
Esthetic Models is built from Valentina Hadland's conviction that aesthetic medicine needs more than online teaching models and simulated faces. It needs mentorship, collaboration, and real hands-on experience with model patients under experienced supervision.
The goal is simple: elevate patient care by giving appropriately licensed practitioners a more secure pathway into the technical, artistic, and judgment-heavy work of treating the face.

Partner with usThe standard
"Everybody needs hands-on." That belief shapes the Esthetic Models pathway for practitioners, model patients, and provider partners.
Online teaching models and simulation can introduce concepts. Esthetic Models is built around supervised, hands-on experience where technique, judgment, and safety can mature together.
Live-model education gives practitioners a way to learn the face as a living, individual canvas while keeping patient care at the center of the room.
A high caliber of technique is earned through mentorship, disciplined practice, and the courage to keep learning beyond the comfort zone.
